"I visited Shavi Dental Clinic for teeth scaling, and my experience was quite disappointing. During the procedure, water mixed with saliva kept splashing all over my face and even into my hair. Despite this, the doctor continued the treatment without addressing my discomfort. I had to ask for tissues myself multiple times, and by the end of the session, my face and hair were completely wet. I had to wash my face afterward, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Before the treatment, I was asked to fill out a form. When I shared my concerns, the doctor’s responses were sarcastic and dismissive rather than understanding. Another uncomfortable aspect was the way the doctor kept shouting at her staff during the procedure. This created a tense environment and made the overall experience unpleasant. Looking at some other reviews, it seems that while treatment outcomes may be satisfactory for many, patient communication, comfort, and overall experience can be inconsistent.
